Welcome to FabPremium. By accessing our website, scheduling a pickup, or utilizing our laundry and dry-cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

FabPremium provides premium laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and garment care services. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that we deem hazardous, heavily soiled beyond safe processing, or unsuitable for our standard cleaning methods.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services are inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. The final cost of your order will be determined based on the physical item count and required service type (e.g., Dry Clean, Wash & Iron, Premium Laundry) upon processing. Payment is due at or before the time of delivery.

3. Pickup and Delivery

We strive to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery windows. However, times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring someone is available to hand over or receive the garments.

4. Garment Care and Liability

• Standard of Care: We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use processes which, in our professional judgment, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article.
• Inherent Defects: We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.
• Stains and Damage: We do not guarantee the removal of all stains. We are not liable for damage to items caused by hidden items left in pockets (e.g., pens, cosmetics, keys, coins).
• Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event that a garment is lost or damaged due to our direct negligence, our liability with respect to any damaged or lost article shall not exceed the total cost of the cleaning service charged for that specific item, in accordance with standard industry practices.

5. Unclaimed Items

All completed orders should be collected or accepted for delivery promptly. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the initial delivery attempt or completion notice may be donated to charity or safely discarded, and FabPremium shall have no further liability regarding such items.

6. User Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to check all pockets prior to handing over garments. Customers must also identify and communicate any delicate items, existing damage, or special care requirements prior to processing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
